The criminal character of the Hutts was known to everyone in the galaxy. Among the species, without a doubt, Jabba the Hutt was one of the most prominent crime lords. From his base on Tatooine, where he resided in a palace as decadent as it was gloomy, he gathered around him a series of criminals, bounty hunters and other hustlers who served him for purely financial reasons, but who deep down feared him. Those were times when working outside the law could be enormously profitable, and not just for Jabba or the rest of his species: individuals like Hondo Ohnaka, Cad Bane, Greedo or Zam Wesell earned their living, each one of them. his way, making money in some turbulent years such as those of the imperial era and the rise of the Rebellion.

The subsequently produced sequel trilogy consists of Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2015), Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017), and Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019).
