Nolan Sorrento a.k.a. IOI-655321: The head of operations at Innovative Online Industries (IOI), the multinational corporation that serves as an Internet service provider for most of the world. Cline said that he named Sorrento after Nolan Bushnell , founder of the video game company Atari and said "Not that I think Nolan is a bad guy or anything. It’s meant as a subtle tribute!" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ready_Player_One#Characters ------------------------------ Ready Player One is a 2018 American science fiction adventure film based on Ernest Cline 's novel of the same name . The Sixers (Refered to as Sux0rz in the book ) are a section of IOI who concentrate on completing Halliday's Easter Egg Hunt . They are called Sixers because each employee has an employee number and avatar name that is six digits long and starts with the number six. The Sixers are contract-bound employees who are provided with paychecks, food, lodging, retirement, etc. All Sixers, regardless of gender, take on an identical male avatar within the OASIS. They are hated by gunters because they have seemingly endless funding to cheat to get the egg. The Sixers' main goal is to find the egg for IOI so that IOI can take control of the Oasis. Pop culture reference: The term "Sixer" may be a reference to a classic British TV SF show The Prisoner , where the main character of the Prisoner is labeled "number 6" and remarks "I AM NOT A NUMBER, I AM A FREE MAN". In Ready Player One, Parzival states that Sixers are just numbers. https://readyplayerone.fando...

Helen Harris is one of the major character in Ernest Cline's Ready Player One . Within the OASIS, Aech is a PvP (player versus player), a competitor. In the movie, Aech is also a builder and a repair guy to whom people pay a ton of money. Wade notes that his friend is one of the highest-ranked members in both the Deathmatch league and the Capture the Flag league, making "quite a bit of dough" in the process. This partially explains how Aech is able to afford the large chatroom, the Basement . It is also mentioned, at the beginning of the novel, that Aech is more famous than Art3mis . In the book, Aech's avatar is a tall, broad-shouldered Caucasian male with dark hair and brown eyes. Wade once asked Aech if this avatar represented a real-life appearance; Aech responded by saying: "Yes. But in real life, I'm even more handsome." In the film, Aech's avatar is a cyborg orc that wields Master Chief's gun. https://readyplayerone....
