The Mandalorian - The Mandalorian With The Child - Printed and Painted Scale Model
Grogu was a male Force-sensitive Mandalorian foundling that belonged to the same species as Jedi Grand Master Yoda and Jedi Master Yaddle. Grogu was born in the year 41 BBY, and was raised at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
Grogu was eventually held at an encampment run by Nikto mercenaries on Arvala-7 during the New Republic Era. While still an infant at the age of fifty years old, he was sought by an Imperial who hired a Mandalorian bounty hunter named Din Djarin to retrieve him.
However, Djarin chose not to leave Grogu with the Imperials and saved him from the Imperial remnant facility. After attempting to hide with Grogu along the fringes of the galaxy, Djarin returned to Nevarro to deal with the Imperials chasing Grogu in hopes of keeping him safe. In the process, Grogu became a Mandalorian foundling and the single other member of Djarin's newly created clan.

"The Mandalorian" is a sobriquet for Din Djarin, a character in the Star Wars franchise and the title character of the Disney+ series The Mandalorian. He is also referred to simply as "Mando". Orphaned as a young child, he was adopted into the Mandalorian culture and became a bounty hunter and warrior. Originally hired to capture Grogu, an alien infant also known as "The Child", the Mandalorian instead protects him from a remnant of the fallen Galactic Empire, and becomes a father figure for him. One of the character's most prominent attributes is his deep respect for the ancient Mandalorian traditions, which no prior Mandalorian characters in the franchise were shown to harbor. In "Chapter 11: The Heiress", this way of life is implied to have been indoctrinated by his Mandalorian rescuers, known as the "Children of the Watch", a tribe of religious zealots who follow the ancient "Way of the Mandalore" and were excluded from the mainsteam of Mandalorian society for trying to widespread their beliefs.

A scale model is most generally a physical representation of an object, which maintains accurate relationships between all important aspects of the model, although absolute values of the original properties need not be preserved. This enables it to demonstrate some behavior or property of the original object without examining the original object itself. The most familiar scale models represent the physical appearance of an object in miniature, but there are many other kinds.
Scale models are used in many fields including engineering, architecture, film making, military command, salesmanship and hobby model building. While each field may use a scale model for a different purpose, all scale models are based on the same principles and must meet the same general requirements to be functional. The detail requirements vary depending on the needs of the modeler.
