Enfys Nest was a human female resistance fighter who led the Cloud-Riders , a band of pirates and rebel group that fought against the crime syndicate Crimson Dawn . Nest's skills as a pirate earned her a reputation as an infamous marauder including in Crimson Dawn , who Nest and her Cloud-Riders actively fought against in retaliation for the atrocities Crimson Dawn had committed against them. Nest, who wore a battle helmet passed down to her from her mother , had run-ins with Crimson Dawn operative Tobias Beckett and his gang . C'ai Threnalli was an Abednedo   male  who flew in the Resistance Starfighter Corps of the Resistance 's military during their conflict with the First Order . Following the Battle of Starkiller Base in the year 34 ABY , Threnalli was amongst the personnel in the Resistance base on the planet D'Qar who waved off the YT-1300 light freighter known as the Millennium Falcon , piloted by Rey and her passenger s , as it set off to find the missing Jedi Master Luke Skywalker on the planet Ahch-To . Shortly after the Resistance evacuated the base on D'Qar, Threnalli flew as Commander Poe Dameron 's wingman. He remained loyal to Poe, joining the mutiny against Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo along with at least two others . [ She was a one-of-a-kind droid , assembling and improving herself with scraps of other droids, including her torso, which she pieced together from an old astromech . Her brain module began as part of an R3-series astromech droid , including data from an espionage droid , custom coding and protocol droid processors .
