C-3PO or See-Threepio is a humanoid robot character from the Star Wars franchise who appears in the original Star Wars films, the prequel trilogy and the sequel trilogy. Built by Anakin Skywalker, C-3PO was designed as a protocol droid intended to assist in etiquette, customs, and translation, boasting that he is "fluent in over six million forms of communication". Along with his astromech droid counterpart and friend R2-D2, C-3PO provides comic relief within the narrative structure of the films, and serving as foils. Anthony Daniels has portrayed the character in all nine Star Wars cinematic films released to date, including Rogue One and the animated The Clone Wars; C-3PO and R2-D2 are the only characters to appear in every film.
Despite his oblivious nature, C-3PO has played a pivotal role in the Galaxy's history, appearing under the service of Shmi Skywalker, the Lars homestead, Padmé Amidala, Raymus Antilles, Luke Skywalker, and Leia Organa. In the majority of depictions, C-3PO's physical appearance is primarily a polished gold plating, although his appearance varies throughout the films; including the absence of metal coverings in The Phantom Menace, a dull copper plating in Attack of the Clones, a silver lower right leg introduced in A New Hope, and a red left arm in The Force Awakens. C-3PO also appears frequently in the Star Wars Canon and Star Wars Legendscontinuities of novels, comic books, and video games, and was the protagonist in the ABC television show Droids.

Paploo was één van de Ewok verkenners van Bright Tree Village die tijdens de Battle of Endor de Rebel Alliance steunde.
Paploo was de zoon van Bozzie en had Warok als vader. Vooral zijn bazige moeder tikte haar zoon regelmatig op de vingers wanneer hij weer kattenkwaad had uitgehaald. Paploo was eveneens de neef van Chirpa en van Kneesaa. In zijn jeugd was Paploo meer een grote, strenge broer voor Wicket, Kneesaa, Teebo en Latara dan een vriend.
Paploo groeide op tot een avontuurlijke en dappere Ewok, bekend om zijn capaciteiten als verkenner en dief. Een tijdlang was hij ook de leerling van Logray maar zijn avontuurlijk en speels karakter brachten hem vaak in problemen met Logray’s ernstige inborst.
In 4 ABY droeg Paploo een bruine kap die versierd was met allerlei botjes en veren van dieren. Hij maakte deel uit van het verkenningsteam dat de Heroes of Yavin in een valstrik lokte met een rauw stuk vlees. Paploo aanhoorde het verhaal dat C-3PO vertelde over de Rebel Alliance en hun strijd tegen het Galactic Empire.
Nadat de Heroes of Yavin als leden van de stam van Bright Tree Village waren gekozen, leidde Paploo samen met Wicket de verkenningsmissie naar de Shield Generator Bunker. Toen bleek dat er slechts vier Scout Troopers de bunker bewaakten, ging Paploo er onverwachts vandoor en ontvreemde één van de 74-Z Speeder Bikes. Drie Scouts gingen hem achterna zodat er slechts één bewaker overbleef. Toen Paploo er stilaan genoeg van kreeg, greep hij een liaan en verloor hij zijn achtervolgers in de bossen van Endor.
Paploo overleefde de Battle of Endor en vierde mee de overwinning van de Rebel Alliance. Paploo werd na het gevecht gekozen als de nieuwe sjamaan nadat Logray was verbannen. Zijn eerste taak was samen met C-3PO een vloek van Logray ongedaan maken over Bright Tree Village. Zijn nieuwe titel en functie bracht hem meer wijsheid en rust.
